You change your mind, you change your life. You change your mind, you change the world. There is power in a changed mind.
We are talking about changing your mind from being self-centered to being Christ-centered. We are talking about changing from living for yourself to living for something bigger than you. You change your thinking, and everything changes.
If it only takes a change of mind to change your life, why do so many people have a different life than the life they want? The answer is the world. The world does not want you to change your mind. The culture keeps you attached to the thoughts you have always thought. You may come to realize that all you need to do is change your mind, but the world will fight you.
What then to do? Call upon the power of God’s Holy Spirit. The Bible does not say, “Transform yourself.” The Bible says, “Be transformed.” God’s Holy Spirit gives you the power to overcome the gravitational pull of the world and became a changed person. You can change your life. You only need to change your mind through the power of the Holy Spirit.
