What do you say when someone asks how you are doing? What if you answered, “I am grateful.”
One time Jesus healed ten men who were ill. Nine of them never came back. Only one returned to say “Thank you.” He had some perspective that the others lacked. He understood that every blessing, whether it be common or extraordinary, comes from somewhere or someone. He did more than say “Thank you.” He said, “Thank you, Jesus.”
In our sermon this Sunday we will be talking about what it takes to be able to say, “I am grateful.”
