Grown ups handle problems. They don’t close their eyes and hope the problems will go away. They don’t wait for someone to rescue them. They don’t complain about being victims. Grown ups handle problems.
The Bible tells us that we are saved by grace by faith. Our hope is in who we trust, not in what we do. True, but the Bible also says that faith without works is dead. God wants us to have faith in him. He also wants us to become mature men and women, taking responsibility for our lives.
